Newport County AFC Supporters Trust - 90 Day Plan

Dear Members, We mentioned in our weekly communication our 90 day plan which outlines the areas we are currently or intending to address as part of injecting stability into the club. The high level plan can be found both on the club and trust websites. There are 7 areas of focus: •People - Ensuring club employees are appropriately supported •Football League - Timely and robust submission on the Trust plans •Financial - Putting in place an appropriate financial model •Commercial - Addressing the issues identified in the due diligence ? •Governance - Implementing the Governance structure to support the operation of the club and the working groups •Planning - Ensuring all key activities are delivered to time •Communication - Engaging with our members ?
